My stay at Riad Mabrouk had its ups and downs. While the location is absolutely fantastic, right near the vibrant shopping streets and Jemaa El Fna, some aspects of the service and facilities left much to be desired. I appreciated the helpful staff and the traditional feel of the Riad, but the problems with the air conditioning and maintenance overshadowed the positives.

I found my room to be very hot, and the air conditioning was ineffective. Our bathroom was also quite cramped, with issues like a stiff door that was hard to open and close, which caused disturbances at night.

The location is great, just a minute's walk from the main square. This made it easy to explore the Medina and access various attractions nearby. It's hard to beat the convenience of being so close to the heart of the action.
